ComEd Update
Below is an update from the Village’s ComEd representative regarding the 7/27 storm activity.
Storm outage updates, as of 7/28 at 1:30 p.m.:
ComEd crews continue to make progress restoring power in Green Oaks following the recent storm.
Current Status
- 667 customers were impacted by outages.
- 336 customers have been restored.
- 331 customers remain without power.
- Restoration efforts are now approximately 50% complete.
What We’re Seeing
- 10 outage tickets remain in the village.
- The largest remaining outage tickets are affecting approximately 149, 80, and 50 customers.
- Crews are actively working throughout the community, with continued focus on restoring service to the largest groups of affected customers first.
