Village Ordinance Section 5-4-3: License Fees: The owner of every motor vehicle and motor bicycle, including commercial vehicles, who resides within the Village shall pay a license fee for the use of such motor vehicle or motor bicycle.
5-4-3 D: If not paid by July 1 of the licensing year, the license fees required by this section shall be set forth in the following schedule.
5-4-3 F: At any time on or after July 1 of each year, the Village may take any or all lawful action necessary to collect the license fee due under 5-4-3 including, but not limited to, placing the delinquent fee account for collection with a debt collection company.
Residents over 64 years of age are entitled to the issuance of one passenger vehicle sticker free of charge. Any vehicle with a disability license plate issued under 625 ILCS 5/3-616 shall be entitled to the issuance of one passenger vehicle license for that vehicle for a fee of $10. Any person who is a full time college student, upon presentation of a valid student I.D. from a college or university, shall be entitled to issuance of one passenger vehicle sticker for a vehicle registered to that person for a fee of $20.
